Adult Classes 
Our 6-week course is for people who are looking for a fun way to keep fit! The course is a mixture of Hoop Dance and Hulaerobics, based on the BodyHoops Fitness Program for dance, exercise and play. We learn the fundamental hooping skills and then have fun using these skills to unleash creativity and self expression by incorporating them into dance routines. The fitness side of hooping doesn't get ignored as hooping can burn up to 100 calories every 10 minutes - so after an hour’s session you'll have that 'I’ve been good' feeling! We shall tone and strengthen the arms, legs, abs, bums and tums.
